The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as there are no hair cuticles to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Adjust and secure the wig, ensuring the inner net buckle is properly fastened. d. Keep the wig in place.

For cleaning and care: - Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. - Apply shampoo in cold or warm water. - Soak for 1-3 minutes. - Rinse with water. - Dry with a towel. - Gently shake the wig to regain its style, then air-dry.

Shedding and tangling are normal, especially when the wig is first worn. Use a wide-tooth comb to brush the hair from end to root, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. (Tips: For curly wigs, combing with fingers is recommended.)

Regarding hairstyle and color: - The wigs are hand-trimmed, so the hairstyle may slightly differ from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig as needed. - Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when received. Don't worry, simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will match the picture.

The wig is approximately 40 inches/100 cm in length, and the maximum circumference is around 20-21 inches/51-53 cm (with a normal 1-2 cm error). The size is adjustable.
