Our wig product is crafted using Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The optimal temperature range for styling is around 70-90°C, as excessively high temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

It is important to note that our wig product cannot be dyed. This is due to the lack of hair cuticles, which are responsible for maintaining the color over an extended period. Additionally, the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

The recommended steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) secure the wig in place.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following steps: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; shampoo the wig in cold or warm water; soak it for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to air dry.

It is normal for all wigs to shed and tangle slightly, especially during the initial wearing period. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the loose hair, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

Regarding hairstyle and color, please note that all wigs are hand-trimmed, so the final style may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may differ slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products, but minor variations may occur.

Please note that due to packaging or transportation, the wig might be out of shape when you receive it. Do not worry, as you can easily comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will return to its original appearance.

The wig measures approximately 70cm in length, with a ponytail length of 52cm. The maximum circumference of the adjustable cap size is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error range of 1-2 cm.
